And what are the rights and obligations of a data recipient or of an operator who is interested in getting access to data? And how can contracts help to bring clarity in all this. How does the VDAB Data platform support future AI & Analytics?

VDAB has been using artificial intelligence to support the counsellor in various ways to help jobseekers finding the right job. One of the realisations being "jobnet" was already successful. Additionally VDAB wants to improve their activities by launching new and improved serivices from within their rich and voluminous data resources. 
To offer a fast service and to approach its various customer groups (job seekers, employees and employers) as efficiently as possible VDAB is setting up a VDAB data platfom. Diverse consumers and producers of data output & insights will benefit from this initiative to leverage on data.
A modern data platform based on hybrid technology is key in this regard. In this session Paul van Brabant talks about the challenges in setting up a Data platform supporting future AI & Analytics.
